Confidentiality

We see your business as important as our own.  Memphis employees as well as all its consultants take all possible efforts and precautions to preserve the secrecy of all technical information received related to the case, as well as the case itself.

All documents including letters, specifications, sketches, abstracts, reproductions, excerpts that came into the possession of Memphis Technologies either from the client or generated by us will be delivered to the client and then deleted from our system if you instruct us to do that to preserve the secrecy of the case.

This confidentiality is not intended to restrict Memphis Technologies from use of any part of this proprietary information  if one of the following conditions exist:

1)    The item was published in the public domain through no fault or act of Memphis Technologies

2)    The item was known to Memphis Technologies prior to the disclosure by the client
